We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple industries and platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, experience handling high advertising budgets, and a proven track record of delivering profitable ROAS while scaling campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts across different niches simultaneously.
- Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and conversion tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting.




- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets of 5 Lakhs+ .
- Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Experience working across multiple industries and business niches.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skill
