Responsibilities:

Lead development and enhancement activities for Veeva PromoMats & MedComms solutions
Configure workflows, lifecycles, security, and document management processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams
Support integrations, issue resolution, and system enhancements
Ensure compliance with pharma and regulatory standards
Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience working with global pharma/life sciences organizations
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in support, implementation, and enhancement projects
Veeva Vault certifications are a plus
