Role : Relationship Manager - Project Finance

Location : Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities :

-> Scoping and market scanning to identify possible structured finance transactions across typical asset classes, high-yield transactions, and unique circumstances from the primary as well as secondary (current investor/lender) markets.

-> Identifying and organizing such funding options by brainstorming with clients and the coverage team

-> To lead the transaction origination process and maintain a conversation, one must possess robust comprehension and communication abilities with the customer.

-> A candidate must have a HUNTER mentality and a thorough understanding of markets.

-> Constant interaction with agencies, coverage teams, and internal ties





->Supervising the credit analysis for cash flow models, internal do-ability assessments, etc.

->Deal closure, comprising funds, due diligence, documentation, and consequences

-> Working both independently and as a member of a larger team
