Responsible to handle WB, North East, Odisha & Bihar

Team Size 10-15 people.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales performance of the East region, ensuring achievement of revenue targets through effective dealer management, distribution management, retail operations, team management, and channel sales management.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the region by identifying new business opportunities and building robust relationships with key stakeholders.

- Oversee daily activities of regional teams to ensure efficient execution of sales plans and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives such as product launches, promotions, and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 18-22 years of experience in Paint industry.

- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective dealer management, distribution management, retail operations, team management, and channel sales management.

- Strong understanding of local markets and consumer behavior in the East region.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
