Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse/CCU Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in an intensive care unit or coronary care unit, demonstrating a strong ability to handle complex medical situations and provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the ICU/CCU.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.




- Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
- Current nursing license in India (Registered Nurse).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure setting and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and patient monitoring systems.
