Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and document Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access control requirements from business, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Design and implement SoD frameworks, including SoD matrices, toxic combinations, risk matrices, and mitigating controls.
- Configure, develop, and maintain SoD policies and rules within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Perform role engineering, role design, role mining, and entitlement analysis to support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Ensure accurate role-to-entitlement mapping and integrate target applications with the SailPoint Identity Governance platform.
- Configure and optimize access governance policies, certification campaigns, and access review processes.
- Test, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize SoD rules, policy performance, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with business, security, risk, and application teams to identify,
assess, and remediate access risks and SoD violations.
- Prepare and maintain design, implementation, governance, and operational documentation for IAM and SoD controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence of access governance, SoD controls, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal teams on SoD governance and SailPoint best practices.
- Ensure adherence to IAM security principles, including Least Privilege, Need-to-Know, RBAC, and Access Governance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful deployment and continuous improvement of SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
