We are looking for a passionate and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, and Talent Management, making it an excellent opportunity for aspiring HR professionals. Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.

Create engaging job posts for social media platforms and job portals.





Support HR workshops, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

Coordinate with clients regarding hiring requirements and candidate updates.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Zoho Sheet and Google Sheets (mandatory).

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Solid attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn. Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) or MHRM.

Passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
