We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to support the Human Resources and Administration team in day-to-day operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance management, and administrative coordination. Based on performance, the candidate will have the prospect to transition into a full-time role as an HR Associate/HR Executive.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate interview processes and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees, interns, and trainees.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internship Letters, and employee records.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HRMS/ERP updates.
- Maintain employee files and ensure proper digital and physical documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities,



training programs, and HR events.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR and administrative requirements.
- Assist in maintaining HR reports, MIS, and recruitment databases.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support under the guidance of the HR team.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
