Human Resources Generalist About Artemedy- An influencer and celebrity marketing studio ; www.artemedy.com ; [Confidential Information] Location: South Delhi Work Mode: Full-time, on-site Artemedy is looking for an organised and resourceful HR Generalist to manage recruitment, HR operations and daily administration end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities - Hire across multiple departments using job portals, networks, referrals, recruitment agencies, advertising and other suitable channels.

- Manage the complete hiring process—from sourcing and interviews to negotiations, documentation and onboarding.
- Handle attendance, leaves, employee records, performance coordination, policies and exit formalities.
- Maintain company databases, trackers and operational records.
- Coordinate creator/vendor payments, invoicing and payment follow-ups.




- Act as the bridge between the internal team, management and finance.
- Take ownership of routine administrative and operational requirements.

Requirements - Prior experience in recruitment, HR operations or an HR Generalist role.

- Solid communication, negotiation and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Agency, marketing or advertising industry experience is preferred.
- Key mandate: Build the required team within six months while bringing structure and accountability to HR, administration and everyday operations.
