Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, you will oversee HR operations, drive the development and implementation of HR policies, and manage employee relations to ensure a positive workplace environment. Duties include recruitment, onboarding, performance management,



fostering employee engagement, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring smooth HR processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in HR Management and overseeing HR Operations
- Experience handling Employee Relations and fostering positive workplace culture
- Expertise in drafting, implementing, and managing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a energetic and creative work environment is a plus
- Familiarity with HR software and workforce management tools is desirable
