Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner / Human Resources Generalist role is based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves partnering with business leaders on HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes, overseeing performance management, and supporting the implementation and interpretation of HR policies. The role also includes handling employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and advising managers on best practices.
The HR professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support HR reporting and analytics, and contribute to HR projects that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, with experience in developing, implementing, and updating policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations competencies, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance, manage audits, and advise on regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including goal setting, appraisals, feedback processes, and support for manager and employee development.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional skills such as HR data analysis, HRIS tools proficiency, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in fast-paced or multi-location organizations are advantageous.
