Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing high-quality candidates, and supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates
- Understand hiring requirements for roles such as sales executives, channel partners, marketing, and operations within real estate
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates




- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience (real estate industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of hiring sales and field roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Linked-In, etc.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring
- Knowledge of local real estate market hiring trends
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
