Key Responsibilities: 1. Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
- Conduct initial screening, schedule, and conduct interviews.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
- Ensure smooth coordination from interview to onboarding.
- Plan and execute effective employee engagement activities.




- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.

Other Requirements: 1.

Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027.

- Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in hiring for sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
