We're Hiring | HRIS HR Helpdesk Senior Associate (Functional) – Oracle HCM Capability Enablement

Are you passionate about transforming HR service delivery through Oracle HCM ? We're looking for an experienced HRIS HR Helpdesk Senior Associate (Functional) to join a global organization and play a key role in enhancing Oracle HCM Helpdesk and Case Management capabilities.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–5+ Years

Key Skills & Experience:

✅ Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Helpdesk , Case Management, and Knowledge Management

✅ Robust understanding of Oracle HCM functional processes across the employee lifecycle

✅ Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Oracle quarterly releases, and post-release validation

✅ Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

✅ Experience supporting HR Shared Services and driving process improvements

✅ Exposure to Oracle Journeys, Digital Assistant, guided help, and self-service capabilities is an added advantage





✅ Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, enhance, and optimize Oracle HCM Helpdesk and Case Management capabilities

? Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to improve employee support services

? Support Oracle HCM configuration, testing, UAT, and quarterly release activities

? Develop and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, and self-service content to improve employee experience

? Analyze support trends and recommend system and process enhancements

? Contribute to governance, reporting, continuous improvement, and Helpdesk capability expansion
