Experience working in an IT Services, Software Development, AI, SaaS, or Digital Marketing company.

Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing platforms.

Experience recruiting across Software Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Product, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations roles.

Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar for sourcing, screening, and recruitment productivity.

Experience supporting remote hiring and coordinating with distributed teams.

Basic exposure to HR Operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, leave management, and attendance coordination.

Robust communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.





Handle both IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.

Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, communication, and culture fit.

Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds with hiring managers.

Source quality candidates using multiple job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-powered sourcing techniques.

Maintain recruitment pipelines, interview schedules, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.

Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Support onboarding, documentation, employee records, leave management, attendance tracking, and other HR operational activities.

Generate weekly recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

Manage multiple hiring requirements while meeting recruitment timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.

Experience hiring across multiple technologies and business functions.

Experience in remote recruitment environments is preferred.

Knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes is an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting dashboards).

Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
