Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct headhunting exercises to identify top talent in the market and attract them to join the organization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (non-IT).
- Solid understanding of talent sourcing strategies, including job posting creation and social media outreach.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
