About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and statutory compliance while supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage overall HR operations, employee lifecycle, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Ensure HR compliance, policy implementation, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular support to management on people-related matters.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR processes.
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
