We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship offers practical exposure to core HR functions and an chance to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
