About the Role

Marvel Pathology Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and postgraduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and administrative activities.

Eligibility

- MBA (HR) or pursuing/completed MBA in HR
- B.Com or graduates from a related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and screening of candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants




- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management
