Position: HR Intern

Location: Noida Sector 62

Duration: Internship (3–6 months, extendable based on performance)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and articulate HR Intern to support our corporate outreach initiatives. The intern will connect with HR Heads of leading organizations to schedule meetings with AI School’s senior leadership team, facilitating discussions on strategic partnerships and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate and manage outreach calls to corporate HR Heads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between HR leaders and AI School’s senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and meeting schedules.
- Draft professional communication (emails, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn outreach) to support engagement.
- Assist in preparing meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Collaborate with the HR and Business Development teams to align outreach with partnership goals.





Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Confidence in corporate calling and professional networking.
- Ability to multitask and manage outreach records effectively.
- Interest in HR, corporate partnerships, and AI-driven education initiatives.
