This is a role for someone early in their journey who wants real ownership, real exposure, and the chance to learn from senior HR leaders and business leaders directly.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-first HR Associate to join our People team. You will work across onboarding, culture, engagement, retention, and HR operations, getting hands-on experience across the areas that matter most in a scaling company.

What You'll Own

People and Culture

- Support onboarding and help create a smooth, memorable joining experience
- Contribute to building engagement and culture initiatives that people genuinely enjoy




- Bring fresh ideas to how we make Airtribe a great place to work

Retention

- Work on our retention frameworks, including new joiner check-ins and early-tenure engagement
- Help capture insights that keep our people happy and growing

HR Operations

- Support the day-to-day operational work on the HR side, keeping processes and data clean and running smoothly

Collaboration and Exposure

- Work closely with senior HR leaders on new projects and their execution
- Get direct exposure to business leaders and senior HR leaders across the company

What We're Looking For

- 0 to 2 years of experience in HR or People-centric roles
- Exposure to or interest in people-centric domains like onboarding, process, and culture
- An understanding of, or genuine curiosity about, building engagement and culture initiatives
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude and eagerness to learn
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
