About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer with strong experience in manual and automation testing to collaborate QA efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will drive testing strategy and ensure product quality through process excellence and automation adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and quality standards.
- Oversee test design, execution, defect tracking, and triage.
- Drive automation and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely, quality releases.
- Track and report QA metrics (defect density, coverage, leakage, progress).
- Conduct risk-based testing and prioritize critical areas.
- Manage test data, environments, and reviews for continuous improvement.




- Ensure best testing practices and high-quality delivery across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong manual testing and test case design skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
- API testing experience (Postman, Swagger).
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Valuable to Have

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Exposure to cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure).
