About the Role

We are looking for a medical-background professional to join our team as a Medical Claims Call Center Representative. You will handle inbound calls related to claim queries, rejections, documentation requirements, and policy coverage. Your role is to provide accurate information, assist customers with clarity, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every Niva Bupa member.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls related to medical claims and rejections.
- Assist customers with claim filing procedures, documentation, and status.
- Provide accurate information on coverage, approvals, and billing codes.
- Investigate claim-related concerns and provide transparent resolutions.




- Maintain updated knowledge of Niva Bupa products & medical terminology.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Mandatory)
- Experience:0-3 years in call center / healthcare / medical insurance
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology & claim processes
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to handle high call volume with accuracy
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
