Follow-up Executive / BDE cum Telecaller ExcelPTP Solutions, Ahmedabad

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary
- ExcelPTP Solutions is looking for a motivated Follow-up Executive / BDE cum Telecaller to manage student inquiries, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with prospective candidates.

- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups.

Roles Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain lead records in CRM/LMS and update daily activities.

Explain IT training programs, career opportunities, and fee structures.

Schedule counseling sessions and walk-in appointments.

Generate current leads through various online and offline sources.

Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and the placement team.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.





Knowledge of lead generation and business development.

Experience using CRM/LMS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

- Effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity.

Strong logical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude and self-motivation.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

- 0-3 years of experience in Telecalling, BDE, Education Sales, or Customer Support.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
