Job Summary

As a Media Designer within our Global Learning Operations Team, you will be a versatile member of the Global Learning Operations team, responsible for creating comprehensive digital and multimedia learning solutions. You will combine technical expertise in digital platforms (SharePoint, learning tools, LMS) with creative media development capabilities to design and deploy end-to-end learning experiences. This role bridges content design, technology implementation, and user experience to deliver scalable learning solutions across Axa XL.

What you'll be doing

- Design and develop SharePoint-based learning portals, content repositories, and knowledge management solutions.
- Create information architecture and user experience flows for learning platforms.
- Develop high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia assets for learning programs.
- Create branded learning journeys, launch wrappers, and visual learning experiences.
- Design infographics, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Ensure consistency with Axa XL learning brand identity across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance content engagement through visual storytelling.
- Support deployment and management of learning tools (LinkedIn Learning, Synthesia, LMS platforms, etc.).
- Configure learning platforms to support content deployment, user setup, and reporting.
- Develop interactive learning experiences using digital learning tools and templates.
- Provide technical training and support to facilitate adoption of new learning tools.
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and recommend solutions for scalability.
- Support end-to-end content deployment on learning management systems (Yes Learning).




- Create learner communications, session setups, and deployment documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and learner adoption.
- Manage learning tool configurations and user access.
- Support facilitation of enterprise-wide programs with technical enablement.

You will report to Human Resources Business Partner.

What you'll bringRequired Skills and Abilities:

- Proven experience in learning technology, digital content development, or graphics/media development.
- Advanced proficiency with SharePoint (site design, page creation, workflow development, information architecture).
- Effective skills in media design and development (Adobe Creative Suite or similar: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
- Technical aptitude with ability to learn and implement current tools and systems quickly.
- Robust project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Attention to detail with commitment to quality and user experience.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with video production and animation tools (Synthesia, Camtasia, or similar).
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Familiarity with learning content management systems (LCMS) or learning experience platforms (LXP).
- Background in graphic design or multimedia development.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning.
