Qualification- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 10+ years of experience specifically in the Real Estate or Construction sector.

Job Responsibility:

- Contract & Commercial Management- Lead tendering, bid evaluation, contract awards, and commercial risk management. Also Prepare BOQs, specifications, contracts, and ensure timely closure.

- Cost Leadership & Value Engineering- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and budget control.

- BOQ & Specification Management- Review drawings, quantity take-offs, BOQs, specifications, and change orders.

- Vendor Development & Procurement Support- Develop, evaluate, onboard, and monitor contractor/vendor performance.

- Process Compliance & Governance- Ensure compliance with SOPs and procurement policies while maintaining contract,



budget, and MIS documentation.
