AR Caller L2
Location: Hyderabad and Chennai
24*7 Shift, 5 Days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off
Required Skills & Experience
- Candidates should have 1.6 to 4 years of relevant experience in Physician RCM AR Calling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
- Should be eager to learn and adapt to current opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in denial handling is mandatory.
- Only candidates with an immediate to 15-day notice period are eligible.
Mandatory Knowledge
Candidates must have hands-on knowledge of:
- CMS 1500 Claim Form
- Physician Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Provider-side operations
- Physician specialities such as:
- Cardiology
- Radiology
- Gastroenterology
- Pediatrics
- Orthopedics
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Surgery
- Clearinghouses such as Waystar, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and e-commerce platforms.
- CPT code ranges and modifiers
- Voice-based AR processes only
Exclusion Criteria
The following profiles will not be considered:
- Candidates with DME or Claim Adjudication experience only.
- Candidates with experience only in the Overpayment domain.
- Candidates with Hospital AR experience.
- Candidates from HGS, Optum, and Carelon, as they do not handle Physician RCM AR services.
Additional Information
- Immediate joiners and candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
Work Location: Uppal
- Cab facility is available within a 25 km radius.
