Job Summary

Tiki Farms Resort is hiring two Residential Housekeeping Attendants to join its core on-site team. These are live-in positions attendants stay at the resort in staff dormitory accommodation and form the dependable backbone of daily housekeeping operations. You will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are consistently clean, fresh, and guest-ready.

Location: Karjat, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising

- Change bed linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities and toiletries

- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, glass surfaces, and fixtures to resort standards

- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, lobby, pool area, banquet spaces, pathways, and common areas

- Report maintenance issues (damaged fixtures, leaking taps, electrical faults) to the Housekeeping Supervisor

- Respond to guest requests and housekeeping calls promptly and courteously

- Follow FIFO principles and maintain housekeeping supply inventory

- Support the Housekeeping Supervisor during peak occupancy, events, and weekends

- Follow all resort SOPs for hygiene, cleaning chemicals, and safety

Requirements





- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality housekeeping

- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemical use, and hygiene practices

- Physically fit and able to perform active housekeeping duties throughout the day

- Willing to live in office at the resort (staff dormitory accommodation provided)

- Must be available on weekends this is a resort environment

- Basic communication in Hindi or Marathi

- Attention to detail and consistent standards

- Reliable, punctual, and physically energetic

- Team player with a cooperative and positive attitude

- Comfortable taking direction from the Housekeeping Supervisor

Working pattern

- 6 days a week

- Weekend presence mandatory

- Weekly off on a weekday

- Immediate joining preferred
