About the Role

We are looking for a confident, and well-presented Hostess to be the face of Perilicious at our Greater Kailash outlet. Stationed at the podium outside the restaurant, you will be the first impression every guest takes home. Your energy and professionalism will directly drive walk-ins, build guest relationships, and set the tone for every visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Stand at the podium outside the restaurant during operating hours and actively engage passersby

- Warmly invite potential guests to dine at Perilicious, confidently communicating the brand and offerings

- Greet arriving guests and coordinate with the floor team for smooth and timely seating

- Manage the guest waitlist and communicate wait times accurately during peak hours

- Answer incoming calls and handle table reservation requests professionally

- Record reservation details — guest name, date, time, party size, and special requests

- Collect and maintain guest contact details for the restaurant's database

- Keep the podium area clean, organized,



and brand-appropriate at all times

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (restaurant, front desk, retail, airline hospitality, or similar)

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi — fluency and clarity are essential

- Warm, confident, and approachable personality

- Impeccably well-groomed and professional in appearance at all times

- Comfortable working at an outdoor podium

- Punctual, dependable, and able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month based on experience
