We are looking for a responsible and proactive Hostel/PG Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our hostel/PG facility. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the property independently, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining resident satisfaction, and coordinating with staff and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hostel/PG operations.
- Handle resident admissions, onboarding, and check-outs.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the property.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Address resident queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain occupancy records, rent collection, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and essential supplies.
- Monitor inventory and ensure uninterrupted hostel operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with hostel policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in hostel, PG, hotel, or property management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email).
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to stay on-site if required.
