Metago is scaling its webinar programs, and we're looking for a energetic, high-energy Webinar Host who can command a room (virtually!), build instant trust, and turn viewers into sign-ups.
If you love the stage, think fast on your feet, and can switch effortlessly between Hindi and English while keeping hundreds of people hooked — this one's for you.
What you'll do
? Host and lead high-audience webinars on a regular basis, presenting Metago's program with clarity and conviction
? Keep sessions interactive, not one-directional — polls, live Q&A;, real engagement
? Handle objections and hesitations with empathy and confidence
? Build urgency and drive participants toward action by the end of every session
? Own your numbers — work closely with the sales team to keep improving conversion
What we're looking for
✅ 2+ years hosting webinars, training sessions, or live sales presentations
✅ Fluent in Hindi and English,
with the ability to switch naturally based on audience
✅ A high-energy, persuasive speaking style that doesn't fade halfway through
✅ Strong live audience-handling skills — you're comfortable with tough questions and hesitant customers
✅ A confident, trustworthy on-camera presence — this is a health & wellness audience, so warmth matters as much as energy
✅ Comfortable being measured against conversion/sales targets
Bonus points for
⭐ Background in health, wellness, fitness, or weight-loss
⭐ Experience in D2C or health-tech sales/training
⭐ Experience running multiple webinars a week
