Role Description Steward or Captain at La Panthera is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience to every guest. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate service. The role involves maintaining table settings, monitoring guest needs, handling special requests, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications





Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills focused on creating positive, memorable guest experiences.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests and collaborate smoothly with team members.

Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge and Hospitality Service skills to guide guests through menus and service standards.

Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is beneficial.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.

Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.
