We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Hospitality Airbnb Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Guest houses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hotel industry, exceptional guest service skills, and experience managing hospitality operations to the highest standards.

The candidate should preferably be located in South Delhi area like: Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Munirka, Mehrauli, Saket, Sainik Farms, Malviya Nagar, Katwaria Sarai, Qutub Enclave area, etc.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and smooth stay.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Hospitality Manager in the hotel industry.
- Speaks Fluent English
- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience handling guest relations and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage housekeeping, maintenance, and daily property operations
- Proficient in scheduling, coordinating staff,



and maintaining operational standards
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to get the job done
- Able to Commute To Different Properties

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensuring outstanding guest experience in check-in /check-out
2. Coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections
3. Supervising the cleaning of the apartments
4. Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
5. Maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards across all properties
6. Monitoring occupancy, bookings, and operational performance
7. Training, supervising, and motivating operational staff
8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
9. Handling the maintenance of the apartments (co-ordinating with the maintenance team : AC, plumber, gas, etc.)
10. Doing miscellaneous errands, etc.
