To supervise all administration, operations and OP activities in to the entire hospital who will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, staff accountability, process implementation and organizational growth.

It is an opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team responsible for building effective systems and driving operational excellence The Hospital Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day activities across the hospital are executed efficiently and on time The role requires a person who can build systems, follow up relentlessly, coordinate multiple departments, solve operational issues, supervise teams and maintain discipline

Candidate will significantly reduce the day-to-day operational burden on the management

Interface departments Billing & Front office provide smooth operations in the hospital

MIS reporting daily, weekly and monthly basis including data analysis and sales reports

Prepare the duty roster and optimal utilization of manpower resources in core areas





Ensure hospital management standards/protocols are met maintained and reviewed

Investigate all complaints regarding patient care and report to the top management

Higher levels of administration services in health care or else hospital related exposure.

Profile Requirements:

MBA in Hospital Management with 6-10 years of experience as Hospital Manager/Admin

Should have relevant work experience on Administration & Operations activities in hospital

Candidate must be localized in the Bangalore city, fluent in the Kannada, Telugu and English

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage and train the new staff

Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision with the organizational skills

Proficient in using MS Office applications and other hospital relevant software applications

Male and expertise into the hospital administration candidates preferable for this position.
