Vehicle Booking & Placement Executive (Male Candidates)

In-Hand Salary: 30,000 per month

Role & responsibilities

Arrange vehicles as per dispatch and schedule plans.

Handle vehicle booking & placement for multiple locations.

Optimize vehicle space utilization and load clubbing.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and fleet vendors.

Ensure timely vehicle placement, dispatch, and delivery.

Verify trip details for billing and maintain trip records.

Prepare daily MIS reports (vehicle utilization, freight & customer-wise data).





Resolve booking issues and schedule changes.

Ensure vehicle and driver documents are updated and compliant.

Candidate Requirements

Age: 2330 Years

Male Candidates Only

Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Operations or Vehicle Placement.

Good knowledge of vehicle size, load capacity & route planning.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel, ERP & TMS Software.

Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.

Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
