About the Role

We are looking for experienced Storage & Backup professionals to join our Enterprise Infrastructure team. If you have hands-on expertise in enterprise storage platforms, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and infrastructure operations, this is an excellent opportunity to work on mission-critical environments and modern enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage enterprise Storage & Backup infrastructure.
- Configure and support SAN/NAS storage environments.
- Perform backup, restore, and recovery operations.
- Monitor storage utilization, system health, and backup performance.
- Ensure successful completion of scheduled backup jobs.
- Troubleshoot storage and backup-related incidents.
- Execute Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and DR drills.
- Perform capacity planning and storage optimization.
- Collaborate with Windows, Linux, Virtualization, and Infrastructure teams.
- Maintain operational documentation and technical reports.
- Follow ITIL processes and operational best practices.

Additional Responsibilities (Lead Role)

- Design and implement enterprise storage solutions.
- Lead storage migration and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Drive storage performance optimization and capacity planning.




- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage critical escalations.
