Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions.
- Configure and customize GRC modules such as:
- Policy & Compliance Management

- Risk Management

- Audit Management

- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Configure risk assessments, policy acknowledgements, controls, issue management, and remediation workflows.
- Build custom forms, dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with external security and compliance tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure platform security, governance, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
