Coordination between various departments for resolution of issues being raised by various customers
Placement of Engineers/ Technician on daily basis against customer complaints/ installation etc.
Strong Computer skills Valuable communication skills verbal written.
Preparing Quotations for customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments.
