About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer (ETL & Data Testing) who is passionate about ensuring data quality, integrity, and accuracy across enterprise data platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ETL Testing, SQL, Data Validation, Python, Automation Testing, and BI Testing , along with exposure to cloud technologies and modern data engineering practices.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can validate complex data transformations, support automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute ETL and data validation testing for enterprise data integration projects.
- Validate source-to-target data mappings, transformations, and data quality.
- Perform testing of BI reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Maintain test execution status and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through closure.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python for:
- Data comparison
- Regression testing
- Data validation
- Support integration of automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
- Work closely with Development,



Data Engineering, and Business teams.
- Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency.
- Utilize AI-powered productivity tools to improve testing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing with strong exposure to ETL and Data Testing.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
