Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth through Institutional Sales, HoReCa, and B2B channels. The ideal candidate must have mandatory HoReCa sales experience along with expertise in institutional sales, distributor management, customer acquisition, and business development within the FMCG/Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the assigned territory through Institutional, HoReCa, and B2B channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, corporate clients, and institutional customers.
- Appoint, manage,
and develop distributors to ensure market coverage and product availability.
- Acquire recent institutional and HoReCa accounts while expanding existing key customer relationships.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Execute trade promotions and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HoReCa Sales (Mandatory).
- Experience in B2B or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong experience in Distributor Management and Channel Sales.
- Candidates with Vending Business experience will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
