Eligibility: Fresh Graduates (Delhi University preferred)

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with consultants to prepare compelling and accurate job descriptions.
- Source and post job opportunities across leading recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and identify high-potential candidates for leadership roles.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Conduct reference checks and support candidate assessment processes.
- Perform market intelligence and industry research.
- Build talent maps and develop candidate pipelines for strategic hiring mandates.




- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support business development through market research and client prospecting.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed college/university (Delhi University preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online job portals.
- Curiosity about market research, business, and leadership hiring.
- Passion for Human Resources, Executive Search, and Consulting.
- Self-driven individual with a cooperative mindset and willingness to learn.
