Job Opening: Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

- Designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

- Creating robust, scalable, and reusable components and applications to meet business requirements.

- Implementing complex logic and business rules using Apex and JavaScript within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Enhancing Visualforce pages to deliver custom user interfaces.

- Developing and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-performance, user-friendly interfaces.

Front-End Development:

- Enhancing the UI/UX of Salesforce applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Ensuring that the application is responsive, intuitive, and optimized for performance across devices.

Version Control & CI/CD:

- Utilizing Git for version control to manage code collaboration and tracking.

- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo to automate deployment and ensure smooth releases.

- Collaborating with the DevOps team to improve build processes, deployments, and version control workflows.





Database Management & SQL:

- Writing SOQL and SOSL queries for effective data retrieval within Salesforce.

- Using SQL to manage and manipulate data, perform data analysis, and integrate with external systems.

- Maintaining data integrity and implementing data migration strategies.

Collaboration and Best Practices:

- Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Following Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.

- Ensuring all developments are well-documented and meet security and compliance standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, Jenkins, and SQL.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and CI/CD processes.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
