CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Notice Period: Up to 15 Days Preferred

Qualification: B.Sc. or Diploma with PDIS/ADIS from a recognized institution

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Safety Supervisor to ensure a safe working environment at project sites. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in steel plants, strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, and the ability to support the implementation of EHS policies, conduct safety inspections, and promote a safety-first culture across the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all safety regulations at the workplace.

- Clearly communicate safety instructions and support workers in following established safety procedures.

- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, ensuring timely corrective actions.

- Carry out Tool Box Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions for site personnel.

- Support the Safety Officer in implementing safety policies,



procedures, and EHS standards.

- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with statutory and company safety requirements.

- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.

- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols by all workers.

- Coordinate with site teams to improve overall workplace safety and compliance.

Requirements

- B.Sc. or Diploma with PDIS/ADIS certification from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial or construction safety.

- Previous experience in a Steel Plant is mandatory.

- Positive knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory compliance.

- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.

- Medically fit and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.

- Must possess a valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.

- Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.

- Candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
