Job Purpose

Lead the design, implementation and optimization of OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions across enterprise document automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- 1015 years overall IT experience.
- Lead OCR/IDP solution delivery using ABBYY, Kofax, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Document AI or Amazon Textract.
- Manage document extraction, classification, validation and workflow automation.
- Work with business, architects and engineering teams.
- Ensure quality, governance, risk management and production support.
- Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications B.E./B.Tech or higher.

Requirements

- Experience in OCR/IDP platforms (ABBYY, Kofax, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Google Document AI, Amazon Textract).
- Knowledge of Python/.NET/Java APIs and cloud (Azure/AWS).
- Finance & Accounting Services (FAS) domain experience is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
