Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hiring Manager role based in Mulbagal.

The Hiring

Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing selection and onboarding activities for various roles across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing requirements, develop job descriptions, and maintain an effective talent pipeline for technical, operational, and support positions.

The Hiring

Manager will oversee service quality related to recruitment processes,



ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines. In addition, this role will coordinate training and induction programs for new team members, monitor performance during probation, and support continuous improvement initiatives in people practices to align with the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Candidates should possess a focus on Service Quality, ensuring professional and consistent recruitment processes.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including organizing onboarding, induction programs, and basic skill development sessions.

Relevant experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or people operations, preferably in consulting, renewable energy, or related industries.

Ability to work in office in Mulbagal, manage multiple hiring priorities, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and familiarity with HR or recruitment software tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
