Job Title: E-Commerce Executive – Apparel Manufacturing & E-commerce Retail Distribution

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and the company website.

- Update product details, pricing, and inventory.

- Process and monitor online orders and returns.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns with marketplace teams.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and marketplace issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce platforms.

- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and digital retail operations.

Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

- Experience with apparel, fashion, or retail brands preferred.

- Familiarity with inventory management and order processing.

Salary: 20k to 25k
