Role Description The Hiring Growth and Strategy Intern will support Sagari Ventures in building its team and expanding its impact through strategic hiring and growth initiatives. This full-time remote role involves researching and identifying talent needs, sourcing and engaging potential candidates, and assisting in the design of inclusive recruitment processes aligned with Sagari’s values.

The intern will analyze hiring data and growth metrics, support development of outreach strategies, and collaborate with team members to optimize candidate experience and employer branding. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating interviews,



maintaining applicant tracking records, preparing reports and presentations on hiring and growth trends, and contributing to projects that connect Sagari’s mission with community and partner development. The role offers exposure to strategic planning in a mission-driven workplace and the opportunity to participate in building a regenerative, globally minded organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that inform hiring and growth strategy.
- Candidates should possess clear and empathetic communication skills, including written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Candidates should possess growth hacking and sales-related skills to design and execute creative outreach campaigns, expand candidate pipelines, and support partnership or community engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess project management skills to plan, organize, and track hiring and strategy initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in regenerative travel, sustainability, or impact-focused ventures; comfort working in a remote, dynamic environment; proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools; and current enrollment in or completion of studies in business, HR, communications, sustainability, or a related field.
- IIT/NIT/IIM candidates preferred.
