Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct language and voice & accent training for employees as per organization standards.
- Designing and conducting regular training on soft skills, chat etiquette & grammar.
- Collating learning needs (behavioral/functional), standardize training, schedule a calendar, and conduct the training.
- Monitor and provide feedback for bottom performers.
- Ensure that the bottom performers move up the learning curve by means of special coaching sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English
- Min. 14 year trainer experience in BPO
- Bpo Training experience
Salary - 8.5 - 10lpa Lpa Job Location - Pune
