About the Role A Noida-based international BPO is hiring experienced candidates for its US Collections Process, covering both early-stage and late-stage collections. This is an international voice role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in the collections domain with a growing organization.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of international voice experience is mandatory
- Robust communication skills with a customer-first approach
Key Responsibilities
- Handle collections and manage customer accounts across early-stage and late-stage cycles
- Resolve customer queries effectively and support timely account resolution
- Process account updates accurately while ensuring full compliance with process guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and smooth case resolution
- Maintain professionalism and adherence to quality standards on every call
Shift & Working Days
- Rotational shifts
- 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday off
- Astra covers 2 Saturdays in a month and pays 2 days of extra salary for the same
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to Rs. 60,000 per month
- Attractive incentives over and above the fixed salary
- Note: No cab facility provided
