Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for colour Masterbatch

products.

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and recent opportunities in plastics

& polymer industries.

- Work closely with R&D; and production teams to develop customized colour

solutions..

- Support sales teams with technical knowledge to convert leads into

customers

- Help sales Team to achieve their budget.

- Developing new customers as well as Restart lost customers if any

- Develop OEM Business & Conduct product presentations, technical

workshops, and customer training.

- Provide on-site and remote technical support for product trials and

troubleshooting.

- Assist customers in colour matching, pigment selection, and processing

optimization.

- Develop customer-centric solutions based on processing requirements and

end-use applications.

- Collaborate with R&D; to develop innovative colour Masterbatches that

meet industry demands.

- Benchmark products against competitors and suggest improvements for

market differentiation.

- Work on regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, FDA, etc.) and
